Career Coaching & Professional Transitions Course (Coaching in Practice Series 2027)
Career Coaching & Professional Transitions is a six-hour professional development course exploring how coaches can support clients as they navigate career decisions, professional transitions, evolving identities, and questions about what they want next.
Across three live, interactive sessions, you’ll explore foundational concepts and frameworks related to career development and transition; learn alongside guest expert Kelli Frias; and reflect on and practice coaching approaches that help clients navigate uncertainty, clarify values and priorities, explore possibilities, and make choices that reflect their own definitions of meaningful work and success.
The course is designed to help you support clients without assuming there is one correct career path or outcome, while creating space for exploration, experimentation, changing priorities, and client-generated decisions and action.
Each course includes three live sessions featuring foundational learning, a guest expert conversation, and integration and coaching practice.
The course includes 6 hours of live instruction and is currently pending approval for 6 ICF CCE credits (5 Core Competency + 1 Resource Development).
